Here is first aid for a successful order!

Our immediate hotline, by phone or via chat, is available and can be reached mostly from Monday to Friday, between 1 p.m. and 8 p.m. Alternatively, simply use the written direct contact.

Most of the time, however, there are only small hurdles that can be solved quickly:

  • ALL REQUIRED FIELDS must be filled out!
  • The PHONE NUMBER is a mandatory field and is very important at times, e.g. if the parcel driver cannot find the address or we have a quick query to be able to ship.
  • A HOUSE NUMBER is mandatory for successful parcel delivery. When completing the form automatically (via PayPal or Amazon Pay), please check whether all fields have been filled in correctly.
  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS and TERMS OF CANCELLATION are also necessary for a successful order.
  • The order is only successful when the order confirmation page is displayed after clicking on the BUY NOW button.
  • No email after ordering? Please check BOTH SPAM FOLDERS. The local one on your device and the spam folder in webmail.

Known hurdles that can hinder your purchase

Disable blocking extensions in the browser!

Blocker extensions can EXTREMELY affect basic online store functionality. This can go so far that content is no longer displayed, payment systems no longer work or an order can no longer be completed. Known browser extensions for this are:

  • NoScript (http://www.google.com/search?q=noscript)
    NoScript is a browser extension which prevents automatic JavaScript functions in the browser. The result is that, for example, a product can no longer be placed in the shopping cart. Or the forwarding to the selected payment method to pay for the order is blocked.
  • AdBlocker (http://www.google.com/search?q=adblocker)
    AdBlocker is an extension which basically prevents advertisements from being displayed on the homepage. This does not necessarily affect an online shop. However, this extension does block the display of help or additional information about the individual products.

Always use an up-to-date browser to surf the Internet!

Choose between these three Internet programs to surf the Internet in a modern and multimedia way. Please always remember to always use the latest version. Of course, there are other browsers that are also recommended, such as Opera or Safari (on Mac).
