The ideal application of NEW ANTIWAVE OC shielding fabric is in the production of clothing and underwear. As well as for the production of underwear, pillowcases, blankets, etc. The quality of NEW ANTIWAVE Organic Cotton is a right-left jacquard knit in a combination of combed cotton and silver-coated polyamide.
The coating consists of 20% pure silver, which surrounds the entire polyamide fiber. Thus NEW ANTIWAVE OC is completely free of the controversial nanosilver. The metallic silver is absolutely harmless to human health and nature.

Thanks to the innovative structure of the fabric construction and the use of high-quality materials, this knitted fabric protects against electromagnetic radiation in the range from 20 kHz to 10 GHz with an efficiency over 99.9%. The coating is not made of controversial nanosilver, but of 20% pure silver, which surrounds the entire polyamide fiber. The metallic silver is absolutely harmless for human health and nature.
Pure silver has a natural antibacterial effect and can also have a positive effect on skin problems as well as excessive sweating and body odor.
New Antiwave is a particularly easy-care quality. A high-quality finish ensures that the shielding properties are retained even after several washes. Due to the antibacterial effect of silver, it is sufficient to wash the laundry at 30° C – 40° C. In general, silver fabrics have a limited durability, i.e. the durability depends on the frequency of movement, number of washes and the detergent used.

No cancellation for FABRICS
Like for cuts, there is no right to return shielding fabric.
Please note that cancellations do not apply to these products, because they were cut to the customer’s specifications. Reselling a tailored item is no longer possible. For this reason, it is possible to request a free sample of the shielding fabric. By ordering pre-finished products, waiving the statutory right to return goods is accepted.
We only sell the highest-quality fabrics! Because of the high production costs and a favourable price, small flaws are not grounds for complaint.

Ground/LF shielding
Due to the insulated fine silver threads, the knitted fabric cannot be integrated into the functional potential equalization. Existing and coupling low-frequency alternating electrical fields can be minimized by additional measures (e.g. mains disconnection switch).
Processing
The knitted fabric can be processed with conventional yarn. When sewing two or more webs, it is recommended to use a single or double lap seam to avoid slits and gaps.

Durability
Screening textiles are to be regarded as articles of daily use and are subject to wear and tear. This is not only caused by machine or manual washing, but also by mechanical stress (putting on and taking off) and chemical stress from outside (e.g. pollutants in the air). The maximum service life is achieved by observing the specified care instructions and careful handling. This does not apply to permanently installed shielding measures using shielding construction fleece in walls, shielding construction fabrics in plaster or shielding paint. It is recommended to carry out a 2-year control measurement by a specialist or with an own indicator (ESI 21, 22 and 24) for all shielding measures.
Warranty
The warranty for this product with proper handling is the usual 2 years (§434 BGB + §446 BGB)
